The Statutes of the re-founded ACOLOP have now been updated in accordance with the legislation in force in Portugal, which has been the country where the organisation is based since 10 April 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new model statutes adopt the principles of Good Governance, such as the Principle of Limitation of mandates or impediment by personal advantages. Decision-making processes have also been modernised through telematic means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
