Sports Coordinator of the CMJD of the CPLP. Recognised for leading technical and institutional cooperation between Portuguese-speaking countries, with vast experience in managing public sports policies.
🔹 Miguel Toscano - Ericeira Surf Club
Theme: Consortium-based programmes - European Funds
Economist and project manager with experience in strategic consultancy, public policy and attracting European funding. He works to promote innovation and sustainability in clubs and federations.
🔹 Andres Santi Gonzalez - ANOC
Theme: Service programmes for NOCs - Artificial Intelligence and Digital Accelerator
Responsible for digital innovation, sustainability and organisational transformation projects at ANOC. She leads technical support programmes for NOCs, with an emphasis on carbon neutrality and digital modernisation.
