Because of your experience in the Olympic movement and your relevance to the research to be carried out, we invite you to take part in the research project for the Executive Master's Degree in Sports Organisation Management (MEMOS X). This enquiry is part of an academic study approved by the University of Lleida (Spain), an institution that guarantees compliance with its ethical and confidentiality protocols in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This interview will be conducted in ASSIGNMENT so all you need to do is record your answer using your device. The interview lasts a maximum of 9 minutes, in which each answer should be no longer than 60 seconds (1 minute).
Make sure you're in a calm and quiet environment and in which you will not be interrupted. The asynchronous interview can be conducted using your laptop, mobile phone or tablet.

Glossary:
- NOCs (National Olympic Committees): National Olympic Committees responsible for managing Olympic sport in each country, recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
- NOC Exchange: An Olympic Solidarity programme that promotes the exchange of experiences and knowledge between NOCs, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacities and promoting good practices in sports management.

- Based on your experience, how would you describe the level of collaboration between National Olympic Committees (NOCs) in implementing Olympic Solidarity programmes that promote cooperation between committees, such as the NOC Exchange?
- What factors do you think facilitate or hinder greater coordination and exchange of good practices between NOCs?
- Can you share any experience or model that, according to your professional career, has worked well in similar contexts and that could be replicated by NOCs?
