We are a non-profit organisation related to the Olympic movement, officially established on 8 June 2004 in Lisbon and made up of 12 Portuguese-speaking countries and communities.

MEMBERS

Founded by the National Olympic Committees of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, East Timor, Guinea-Bissau, Macau (People's Republic of China), Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Equatorial Guinea. Later, India (the Goa Olympic Association) and Sri Lanka were admitted as associate members.

Collaboration with our institutional, technical and commercial partners strengthens ACOLOP's mission to promote Olympic values, cooperation between Portuguese-speaking countries and sustainable development through sport.
