ACOLOP highlights Lusophone representatives in defence of MEMOS theses

The Association of Portuguese-speaking Olympic Committees (ACOLOP) is delighted with the success achieved by its representatives who completed the public presentation of their theses within the framework of the 10th edition of MEMOS in Spanish (Executive Masters in Sports Organisation Management).

The session took place on 21 November 2025no auditorium of the Olympic Museumin Lausanne, where five members of the Portuguese-speaking Olympic community defended their projects in front of an international jury, crowning a year of demanding academic and professional work:

  • Leonardo Cunha - ACOLOP
  • Diogo Nabais - Portuguese Olympic Committee
  • Arthur Corrêa - Brazilian Olympic Committee
  • Pancracio Nchama - Equatorial Guinea Olympic Committee
  • Maria Edu - Equatorial Guinea Olympic Committee

The projects presented strengthen governance, stimulate international cooperation and promote sustainable development within the Portuguese-speaking Olympic Committees, helping to align them with the strategic vision of the Olympic Movement and the priorities of Olympic Solidarity.

ACOLOP is proud of the participants' achievements and their commitment throughout the training process. This milestone highlights the importance of continuous training and the value of collaboration between the Portuguese-speaking Olympic Committees, which are fundamental pillars for strengthening and professionalising sport in the Portuguese-speaking area.
