Application form for members of the Olympic Committees' athletes' commissions to take part in the Lusophone Athletes Forum and the Lusophone Athletes Commission Workshop to be held under the auspices of ACOLOP (Association of Portuguese Language Olympic Committees) and with the support of the International Olympic Committee, on the following days 15 and 16 March 2024, in the city of Praia, Cape Verde.
